WHAT PROFILE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** - Bachelor's degree in Education with specialization in English or related fields. - Minimum of 03 years of professional work experience in academic, administrative, and commercial coordination, leadership, and management (preferably in educational institutions). - English language proficiency and international certification at C1 level according to the CEFR. - Advanced-level English skills (mandatory). - Availability to work in San Clemente – Pisco Province – Ica Department. **2. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** - Carry out the necessary documentation procedures for the Language Center's management. - Coordinate, verify, schedule, and follow up on meetings for the Language Center's director. - Assist in developing the area's operational plan. - Propose and/or contribute to improvements in academic processes. - Monitor and manage support activities related to academic management. - Attend to and process requests from students for Study Certificates and Official Letters. - Guarantee 100% class delivery through continuous supervision. - Record in the programming and progress tracking sheet the completion of teaching activities for students, providing evidence with signature and date according to the Language Center’s internal procedures. - Prepare, maintain, and deliver the teaching folder (physical and digital). - Deliver class schedules as established by the Language Center’s procedures and other internal regulations set by the Institution for this purpose. - Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **3.
