If you have experience in document control, administrative form management, and are interested in developing your career in Security and Asset Protection, please send your updated CV to reclutamientoydesarrollo@safcoperu.com or contact us at 924 457 157, 933 406 252, indicating “Loss Prevention Agent” in the subject line. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer and control Security and Asset Protection documentation forms registered on the Agro\+ platform. * Validate the use, validity, and correct application of security forms. * Identify active, obsolete, or unused forms within the system. * Conduct document control for inspections in administrative and operational areas, record raw material inbound and outbound movements, and manage supplier documentation. * Verify that forms are correctly completed, complete, and properly archived. * Maintain up-to-date and organized physical and digital documentation for the department. * Consolidate documentary information and prepare reports for management. * Coordinate with relevant departments regarding form updates, regularization, or corrections. * Verify compliance with established document procedures by the Security and Asset Protection department. * Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and proper handling of recorded information. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical or university education in Security and Asset Protection, Surveillance, Safety and Risk Prevention, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in roles such as security agent, safety inspector, or related administrative functions. * Experience in document management and control. * Proficiency in handling and validating administrative forms. * Experience in physical and digital information archiving. * Ability to prepare documentary reports. * Coordination experience across multiple departments. * Familiarity with digital management platforms (Agro\+ or similar). * Knowledge of document control applied to Security and Asset Protection. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of traceability, internal procedures, and security regulations. * High level of confidentiality and ethical handling of information.
