Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with SSOMA management system plans and programs, implement management tools, and verify field controls. Key Highlights: 1. Development of SSOMA management deliverables We are looking for the best talent who wishes to join our family as an **SSOMA SUPERVISOR.** **Requirements:** * Mining Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Industrial and Mining Safety Engineer. * Academic Degree: Registered and licensed. * Experience: 3 years in occupational safety and health. * Training or specialization studies with a minimum duration of 120 hours. * Solid knowledge of SSOMA regulations and management. * Availability to work in Marcona * Standard Work Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Responsibilities:** * Implement SSOMA management system plans and programs * Execute and monitor SSOMA management tools * Verify field controls and manage deviations from procedures. * Develop SSOMA management deliverables. **Benefits:** * 100% covered meals * Housing allowance S/200.00 * Profit-sharing participation * Social benefits in accordance with applicable law Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.40,000.00 - S/.50,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
