Position Summary: We are seeking an Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer to supervise the execution of electrical and electromechanical installations in building construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of electrical and electromechanical installations in buildings. 2. Verification of compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. 3. Coordination with contractors and project disciplines. ELECTRICAL / ELECTROMECHANICAL SUPERVISOR ENGINEER We require hiring an **Electrical and/or Electromechanical Engineer** for supervision of building infrastructure construction works, responsible for verifying and controlling the proper execution of the project’s electrical and electromechanical installations, in accordance with the technical file, specifications, and current regulations. Minimum Requirements * Licensed Electrical and/or Electromechanical Engineer, registered with the professional association and duly authorized. * Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience counted from registration with the professional association. * Proven experience in execution and/or supervision of electrical and electromechanical installations in building construction projects. * Preferably, experience in educational infrastructure projects, such as higher institutes, universities, or schools. * Knowledge of current technical regulations applicable to electrical and electromechanical installations. * Experience in coordination among disciplines and quality control on site. * Proficiency in project planning and monitoring tools. * Familiarity with and experience in BIM methodology applied to building projects is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the proper execution of electrical and electromechanical installations on site. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. * Review drawings, quantity take-offs, valuations, and technical documentation related to the discipline. * Coordinate with contractors, other supervisors, and all disciplines involved in the project. * Monitor construction progress and report technical incidents. * Participate in testing, protocols, and commissioning of installed systems. * Issue technical reports and discipline-specific recommendations.
