HSE Intern to work in mining camp under 5x2 schedule - Moquegua

Newrest, a multinational company dedicated to the catering industry, currently expanding in more than 49 countries and present in Peru for 12 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain our operations in Air Catering, Concessions, Retail, and food service, maintenance, and hospitality in Remote Sites (shift regime). Currently, we are looking for 01 HSE Intern with the following profile: **Requirements:** \- Graduates of Industrial Engineering, Food and Fisheries Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or related fields. \- Minimum 3 months of experience in HSE and/or OSHS areas within industrial companies, perishable production plants, retail, and/or food service companies. (Desirable) \- Basic to intermediate level in MS Excel. \- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and occupational health standards (OSH). \- Availability to carry out full-time internships from Monday to Friday. \- Availability to work in Moquegua. **Responsibilities:** \- Verify compliance with HSE manuals and PASST (Annual Occupational Safety and Health Plan). \- Document management; verify correct completion of records (OSH, PPE delivery). \- Monitor and follow up on each field activity, ensuring employees comply with HSE standards. \- Support campaigns, drills, and training; assist in reviewing exams and verifying that all employees have completed basic HSE induction documentation. \- Assist in reviewing supplier and contractor information, checking completeness. \- Verify the existence of risk maps, emergency plans, IPER in contracts, and report findings for corrective actions. **Benefits:** \- 6-month internship agreement. \- Be part of a multinational company. \- 100% subsidized lunch. \- Private health insurance (FOLA). **Newrest maintains an inclusive hiring policy for people with different abilities.** Job type: Internship Contract duration: 6 months Application questions: * Indicate your highest academic degree achieved. * Have you previously completed professional internships in the OSH and/or HSE area?
