Maintain physical and digital employee files up to date. Manage internal communication jointly with the HR Coordinator, including birthday tracking and preparation of festive announcements and company communications. Manage and obtain quotations for air/land transportation, accommodation, and per diems for staff traveling on Quellaveco-related requests. **RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM** Comply with procedures outlined in the Management System applicable to this position.
