




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to manage the integrated human resources system, recruitment, staff management, employee well-being, and workplace climate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Integrated Human Resources System 2. Lead Staff Selection and Recruitment 3. Manage Employee Well-being and Workplace Climate We require a professional to fill the position of Human Resources Administrator. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the mining sector. - Support and monitoring of the Integrated Human Resources System. - Internal and external selection and recruitment. - Coordinate staff vacations and absences; conducting periodic and previously scheduled visits to the Company’s various departments for optimal staff attendance control. - Management of enrollments and withdrawals from SCTR and Vida Ley. - Management and monitoring of labor leave requests. - Management of personnel files. - Monitoring approval of the Attendance Register. - Archive personnel documents in contract, vacation, and personal information folders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, among others. - Update and create job descriptions based on discussions with General Management, Sub-Management, and Department Heads. - Maintain tracking of staff employment contract expiration dates according to the provided format. - Monitor the Employee Well-being Plan. - Manage medical examinations for staff entry and exit. - Conduct Workplace Climate and Stress Assessments, as well as employee satisfaction evaluations. - Current Human Resources regulations. - Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. - Must reside in Lima.
