Field Supervisor in Telecommunications

We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of Fiber Optic Field Supervisor. We are looking for a Field Supervisor in telecommunications with experience in optical networks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of projects from start to finish, guaranteeing compliance with safety and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Supervision:** Monitor construction and/or maintenance processes of networks, ensuring they are carried out according to established safety and quality standards. * **Project Management:** Control project timelines, progress, and quality to ensure successful completion. * **Team Leadership:** Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the technical team to achieve project objectives. * **Reporting:** Document daily progress, achievements, and contingencies of the project, demonstrating proper execution and compliance with safety standards. * **Technical Support:** Provide support to the team throughout all phases of work execution. * **Safety and Tools:** Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, properly use protective equipment, and maintain the assigned vehicle and tools in good condition. **Profile Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Knowledge of Telecommunications and Optical Networks (FTTX). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Technical Skills: * Network construction. * Operation of equipment such as FUSION SPLICER, OTDR, IOLM, POWER METER, VFL, and TRAFFIC CLAMP. * Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
