**Supervisor Electricista Instrumentista (Quellaveco Project)** **Employment Type:** 14x7 schedule (transitioning later to 8x8\) **Location:** Quellaveco Mining Unit – Moquegua **About the Position:** We are seeking a Supervisor Electricista Instrumentista with experience in industrial maintenance within concentrator plants, focused on safety, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of electrical systems and instrumentation during maintenance and operational activities. **Requirements:** * Graduated, registered, and licensed in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a supervisor in **electrical and instrumentation maintenance** in a **concentrator plant** (mandatory). * Experience leading teams in mining operations. * Knowledge of power systems, control, and industrial instrumentation. * Valid **Class A\-I** or higher driver's license. * Familiarity with mining safety regulations and proper use of work permits. * Proficiency in maintenance indicators and technical reporting. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities on concentrator plant equipment. * Ensure compliance with **SSOMA** standards and current mining regulations. * Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure operational continuity. * Verify resources, materials, tools, and work permits. * Prepare technical reports and supervision summaries. * Manage assigned technical personnel, ensuring discipline and performance. **Benefits:** * Work schedule **14x7**, transitioning to **8x8**. * Transportation, meals, and accommodation covered at the mining site. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
