Position Summary: This position ensures efficient management of hotel supplies—from receipt to dispatch—maintaining order and inventory control to high standards of quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manages the receipt, storage, and dispatch of supplies. 2. Controls inventory and ensures product availability. 3. Keeps the warehouse organized and complies with hygiene and safety standards. **Position Title:** Logistics/Warehouse Assistant **Position Mission** To ensure accurate receipt, storage, control, and dispatch of hotel supplies, guaranteeing order, timely availability, and reliable records supporting operational and accounting management, in compliance with quality and hygiene standards. Main Responsibilities Receive and verify goods according to purchase orders and delivery notes. Accurately record receipts and issues in systems and Excel-based controls. Store products in an orderly manner applying FIFO rotation. Control inventory and reconcile discrepancies with accounting records. Prepare and dispatch orders to various hotel departments. Support periodic physical inventory counts. Report losses, expirations, or inconsistencies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Comply with hygiene, safety, and product handling standards. Requirements Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting (preferred). Knowledge: Microsoft Office (especially intermediate Excel). Inventory control and stock ledger (kardex). Experience: Preferred in warehouses, logistics, or the hospitality sector. Competencies: Organization, responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
