Position Summary: VERMI SAC - Verde Puro is seeking a responsible and punctual Delivery Driver to distribute high-quality vegetables across Metropolitan Lima, ensuring compliance with protocols. Job stability and full statutory benefits. **VERMI SAC \- Verde Puro** A company comprised of over 120 employees, located in the district of Pachacamac, relatively close to the main square. We are dedicated to the production, industrialization, and marketing of high-standard vegetables for well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the districts of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas to ensure punctuality at our Pachacamac-based office. * Valid A2B driver’s license and proficiency in operating refrigerated vans. * Prior delivery experience and familiarity with Lima (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM. * Full availability to work overtime as needed until distribution is completed; overtime pay complies with applicable law. * Willingness to assist the driver’s assistant when required. * Responsible, punctual individuals with sound judgment while driving. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver goods across Metropolitan Lima according to the assigned route and assigned van. * Coordinate loading and unloading of finished products and verify related documentation for transportation. * Maintain up-to-date documents and records specific to the work area. * Promptly comply with and report returns and/or rejections to the Quality Department before unloading. * Comply with protocols established by departments responsible for this role (Distribution, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, and/or as determined by General Management). * Other responsibilities to be detailed during the in-person interview. **MAIN BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll registration upon hiring. * Job stability. * Market-competitive salary. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * All statutory benefits under the General Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) payment. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
