Job Summary: We are seeking a professional responsible for supervising compliance with SSOMA standards and promoting risk prevention on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of safe working conditions and risk prevention We seek a professional responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (SSOMA) regulations during project execution, promoting risk prevention and safe working conditions for all personnel on site. Responsibilities: * Develop the Annual Construction Site Safety and Health Plan and conduct risk analysis. * Implement work permits (PETS, ATS) and inspect high-risk work areas. * Conduct inductions for new staff, 5-minute safety talks, and training for emergency response teams. * Prepare incident reports and supervise occupational medical examinations. * Ensure compliance with safety protocols and current regulations. * Design and manage IPER matrices. * Supervise proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.
