Implement corrective and/or preventive actions as required. * Schedule and allocate tasks among personnel under your supervision, according to client priorities and operational requirements. * Validate analytical reports and approve them based on the Laboratory’s established quality criteria. Authorize issuance of test reports in LIMS. * Coordinate timely procurement of supplies and materials required for laboratory activities. Ensure minimum stock levels of materials and reagents to guarantee uninterrupted operations. * Evaluate PPE and tools’ condition to approve their use. * Continuously identify and report to the Laboratory Manager any accidents, incidents, substandard acts or conditions observed during operations or other assigned activities. * Verify handover of instructions to incoming shift personnel to ensure continuity of laboratory work. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree, licensed and registered with the relevant professional association in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions. * Valid driver’s license, category AI or higher. * Knowledge of sampling, sample preparation and chemical analysis. * Analytical knowledge of wet chemistry, volumetric and gravimetric analysis methods. * Intermediate English. * Quality management system – NTP-ISO/IEC 9001. * Knowledge of current mining legislation. * Familiarity with operation of AA, ICP, (FRX, DRX desirable), etc. equipment. * Experience validating and reporting analyses under NTP-ISO/IEC 17025 standard. * Teamwork ability and effective communication skills. **Additional Information** * Formal employment contract from day one. * Statutory life insurance. * Corporate agreements.
