We are looking for a **Design Project Manager** with experience leading architectural design projects for offices and retail spaces. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the comprehensive development of technical documentation from concept through construction execution. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Licensed and registered architect (valid CAP). * BIM modeling certification (verifiable). * Minimum experience: * 6 years in architecture. * 2 years leading design projects and/or teams. * 1 year of proven experience applying BIM methodology. * Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ACC). * Experience in full technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. **Desirable:** * Certification in BIM Coordination or Management. * Knowledge of PMI methodology. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Results orientation and adherence to deadlines.
