The candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the comprehensive development of technical documentation from concept through construction execution. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Licensed and registered architect (valid CAP). * BIM modeling certification (verifiable). * Minimum experience: * 6 years in architecture. * 2 years leading design projects and/or teams. * 1 year of proven experience applying BIM methodology. * Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ACC). * Experience in full technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination. **Desirable:** * Certification in BIM Coordination or Management. * Knowledge of PMI methodology. **Competencies:** * Leadership and team management. * Effective communication and negotiation. * Results orientation and adherence to deadlines.
