Correct implementation of construction procedures **Construction Resident** ===================== Company: Location: Our company is seeking top talent for the position of: **Construction Resident** **Job Objective:** To ensure appropriate technical and operational management of Level II-1 hospital construction project execution, guaranteeing compliance with timelines, costs, quality, and current regulations through direct supervision of construction activities, coordination with various specialties and project stakeholders, and correct implementation of established construction procedures. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer or Architect. * Registered and licensed by the Peruvian College of Engineers or Architects. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in execution and/or supervision of similar projects since registration. * Experience in construction and/or supervision of hospitals, clinics, health centers, hotels, or similar facilities. * Prior experience as a Construction Resident, Resident Engineer, Lead Resident, Supervisor, or Supervision Manager. * Minimum participation in the construction of one (01\) similar project classified as Category II-1 or higher.
