Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage construction projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency with multidisciplinary teams. Resolve technical and operational problems during project execution We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team at VENALTAS&NSAC. The selected candidate will supervise and manage construction projects, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules. Proven experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting is required. In addition, advanced knowledge of Oracle Primavera for project planning and management is required. This role involves working on large-scale construction projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational efficiency and final quality. The candidate must be capable of leading and motivating work teams, as well as resolving technical and operational issues arising during project execution. We seek a candidate with solid education and experience in construction project management. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes and challenges encountered on-site. Leadership capability and effective communication skills across all organizational levels will be highly valued. This is an on-site position, and the candidate is expected to be available to work at various locations as required.
