RESPONSIBILITIES * Support management in planning, coordinating, and supervising the company’s administrative, financial, and operational activities. * Supervise compliance with internal policies, strategic objectives, KPIs, and current legal regulations. * Administer and control human, financial, and material resources, ensuring efficient and transparent usage. * Manage reports, documentation, filing, emails, and internal and external communications. * Supervise operational expenses, supplier payments, accounting statements, and taxes. * Represent the company before public and private entities when required. * Ensure confidentiality of information, proper document management, and institutional reputation. * Handle visits, calls, and communications with courtesy and professionalism. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Degree in Economics or Business Administration. * Experience in strategic planning and budgeting. * Knowledge of corporate functions and processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.). * Strong analytical skills. * Experience managing personnel at all levels. * Excellent communication skills. * Outstanding leadership and organizational abilities. * Problem-solving aptitude.
