




Requirements: \- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields (preferred) \- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions (preferred) \- Experience managing budgets, costs, and accounting ERP systems (Odoo, Starsoft) Responsibilities: \- Provide timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to General Management \- Review monthly balance, results, and commentary \- Coordinate and review the company's budget, including providing guidance and training to supervised staff \- Coordinate letter shipments with customers \- Enter purchase invoices, notes, and receipts into Excel \- Perform monthly store and factory closing, including summaries of credits, collections, and sales area commission calculations \- Issue delivery guides, invoices, and internal guides \- Other duties within the department Benefits: \- Enrollment in MYPE payroll \- Career path and professional growth opportunities Requirements Minimum education: University degree (Graduated and/or Licensed) Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site
