**Bachelor’s Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related fields.** **Minimum 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing plant** **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify that raw materials and inputs comply with quality specifications prior to processing. * Supervise production parameters (e.g., temperature, humidity, time) to ensure adherence to established limits. * Inspect finished products, verifying sensory attributes, packaging, and labeling to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Identify and report deviations or non-conformities, supporting the implementation of immediate corrective actions. * Conduct sampling for physicochemical and microbiological analyses. * Record findings, corrective actions, and maintain up-to-date documentation for traceability. * Verify daily cleaning of equipment, utensils, and processing areas according to POES/SSOP. * Monitor proper handling of waste during production processes. * Perform acceptance testing of chemical inputs, packaging materials, and packaging and palletizing supplies. * Verify proper execution of finished product dispatch programs. * **Work schedule: Monday to Sunday** * **Rotating days off** * **Agrarian labor regime, with all statutory benefits** * **Meals provided** Employment type: Full-time Salary: PEN 1,800.00 – PEN 2,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
