Responsibilities Monitor and standardize the composting process. **Control critical parameters:** temperature, moisture, C/N ratio, oxygenation, and pH. Ensure compliance with technical protocols for mixing, turning, aeration, and maturation. Establish control ranges and implement corrective actions. Optimize composting time and machinery usage. Validate quality and technical specifications of the finished product. Control environmental risks (odors, leachate, vectors). Design technical record formats, KPIs, and reports. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Agronomy, Agro-industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in composting processes, biological processes, or organic waste management. Knowledge of C/N balance, moisture and temperature control, environmental management, and safety in biological processes.
