PROFILE REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Graduated engineer (professional registration not mandatory) or technician with extensive experience. **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of general experience, with specific focus on operational controls and implementation of HSE management systems in industrial plants. **Required Specializations:** Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental Laws. International standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001). **Critical Certifications (Proof of certification must be attached):** Certified training in high-risk work (electrical hazards, working at height, confined spaces, load lifting, and hot work). **Scaffolding Specialist:** Accredited certification in scaffolding design, structural assembly, and technical advisory services. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver inductions, trainings, and re-inductions to operational personnel. Continuously supervise high-risk work activities onsite. Verify compliance with safety plans and environmental protocols. Prepare daily and final HSE management reports. Conduct preliminary site inspections of plant areas to identify associated risks. WORKING CONDITIONS **Work Location:** Chilca (South of Lima). Residency in the locality is required during the assignment. **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off **Working Hours:** 07:30 – 19:30.
