




Position Summary: A professional responsible for managing, supervising, and continuously improving physicochemical testing, ensuring result validity and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads continuous improvement in the physicochemical laboratory. 2. Ensures result validity and regulatory compliance. 3. Supervises and evaluates staff performance. **PROFILE** Education: Chemist, Chemical Engineer, or related field. **Training:** Knowledge of physicochemical analysis Knowledge of and ability to interpret NTP\-ISO/IEC 17025 in its current version Knowledge of uncertainty evaluation Knowledge of result validity assurance Knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience: Minimum 3 years conducting physicochemical tests FUNCTIONS Implement and enforce established procedures within the management system to enable implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of physicochemical testing. Define and develop improvements to physicochemical laboratory tasks. Periodically review and verify compliance with the laboratory equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration program. Analyze and review reported results of physicochemical tests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of national and international regulations and technical standards relevant to services provided. Manage and supervise compliance with the proficiency testing program for physicochemical test methods. Supervise and evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision in conducting physicochemical tests. Implement new accredited and non-accredited methodologies within the organization as required. Respond to and support physicochemical laboratory audits. Workplace: On-site employment
