Join the best team and excel as a **Cutting Supervisor** at our **Chincha** site. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitor fabric and material entry conditions into the production process. * Ensure compliance with spreading and dispatch schedules developed by PCP. * Verify correct recording and documentation according to procedures during all cutting process stages. * Generate and balance workload assignments for worktables, machines, and services. * Ensure reduction of waste and losses, packaging material usage, and other resources throughout the established production schedule. * Perform other duties assigned by the higher management chain. **What requirements do we ask for?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the textile industry. * Basic-level Excel proficiency. * Experience managing personnel. * Technical knowledge of cutting machinery, operations, and processes. **What benefits do we offer?** * Payroll inclusion with all statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities/career path. * Educational agreements. * Profit-sharing (gratifications).
