Join the best team and excel as a **Financial Accounting Analyst** at our **Chincha** location. **Requirements:** * University degree in Accounting. * 3 years of experience as a financial accounting analyst, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or textile sectors. * Course in IFRS, taxation (desirable). * Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, proficiency in accounting systems (essential). * Intermediate level in Ms. Office (essential). * Intermediate level in Power BI (desirable). * Basic level of English (desirable). * Availability to work 100% onsite in Chincha. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, assign, and supervise the accounting team's activities according to the department's priorities and schedules. * Ensure proper application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and current tax and financial regulations in recording accounting transactions. * Prepare and validate monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring their integrity, reasonableness, and timely submission. * Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, verifying consistency and timeliness of entries, as well as significant period variations. * Control fixed asset records, standardize inventories, and ensure appropriate depreciation and accounting valuation. * Develop and monitor the monthly accounting closing schedule, ensuring coordination with other departments (costs, production, logistics, treasury, and human resources). * Prepare analytical reports on key variances in consolidated and standalone financial statements. * Prepare financial and managerial reports on economic performance, profit margins by customer or product, production costs, and cumulative results summary. **We Offer:** * Payroll inclusion from day one. * Corporate benefits. * Pleasant work environment. * Professional growth. Our services range from planning, installation, maintenance (predictive, preventive, and corrective), to calibration of portable, fixed, and SCBA equipment.
