Manage and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Lead, motivate, and develop the workshop team. 3. Our commitment is to provide fast, safe, and high-quality service, focused on meeting the needs of every traveler. We are seeking a WORKSHOP MANAGER in CHINCHA. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and coordinate daily workshop activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage, schedule, and control workshop service appointments. Monitor and optimize workflow in operational processes. Validate and coordinate with the warehouse the purchase of spare parts and workshop supplies. Generate KPIs and analyze performance indicators (management indicators). Manage and ensure workshop profitability. Support strategic commercial development and increase service participation and spare parts sales. Generate weekly reports on results of continuous improvement plans. Lead, motivate, and develop the team under your supervision, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Evaluate technical staff performance, and develop and manage professional training plans. Perform other duties or tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Technician, or related fields. General knowledge of automotive mechanics, including automotive air conditioning. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 - S/.4,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
