REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Intermediate-level SAP proficiency. Availability to work fixed night shifts. Residence in Ica or nearby areas. WORK SCHEDULE: Night shifts with Sunday off: Night shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify and control proper shipment of goods according to delivery guides and dispatch orders. Validate quantities, product codes, batches, and product conditions prior to loading. Coordinate dispatch scheduling with warehouse, transportation, and operations. Record entries and exits in system (Excel / SAP / ERP). Monitor dispatch timelines and route compliance. Supervise vehicle loading and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
