We seek aggressive, persistent individuals who do not give up in the face of challenges and who possess the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales clearly, confidently, and professionally. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct commercial calls, video calls, and digital outreach with optical business owners. * Quickly identify customer needs and deliver a clear, direct, and unambiguous message. * Establish and strengthen solid business relationships with current and prospective customers. * Post-sale follow-up, support, and portfolio retention. * Actively promote the Cactus Eyewear brand and collections. * Achieve assigned sales targets and budgets. * Prepare commercial reports and maintain organized records in Excel. * Participate in commercial meetings and contribute closing strategies. * Represent the company on business trips to provincial areas (willingness to travel several times per year). **Required Profile** * Technical or university studies (in progress or completed) in Optics, Optometry, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the optical, retail, or wholesale sectors. * Essential technical knowledge of optical frames, including mastery of various materials, designs, and measurements, with the ability to clearly explain their features and benefits to customers. * Proficiency and confidence in conducting continuous commercial calls. * Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. * Highly proactive, disciplined, punctual, and organized individual. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Fully goal-oriented with proven ability to work under pressure. * Residence in Lima’s Cercado district or neighboring districts. * Willingness to travel to provincial areas as required by operations. **We Offer** * Fixed salary + attractive sales commissions. * Formal employment registration. * Ongoing training on products, materials, and sales techniques. * Career development path within a solid and expanding Peruvian company. * Excellent working environment. 100% covered travel allowances during business trips. **Are you interested?** Apply now and join the Cactus Eyewear team!
