




Job Summary: Support food preparation, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and assist in inventory control while complying with hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in food preparation and cleaning of utensils 2. Maintenance of a clean, organized, and disinfected kitchen 3. Compliance with hygiene, safety, and GMP standards **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in food preparation and cleaning of utensils. * Support ingredient preparation and dish preparation. * Maintain a clean, organized, and disinfected kitchen. * Wash and disinfect utensils, equipment, and surfaces. * Assist in storage and inventory control of supplies. * Comply with hygiene, safety, GMP, and internal procedures. * Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor. * Maintain appropriate uniform and personal appearance. * Take care of assets, facilities, equipment, and utensils. * Anticipate and address diners' needs **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education (preferred). * Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene standards. * Prior experience in kitchens or related areas. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * 5-day workweek with 2 days off. * Competitive market-rate salary.
