Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to identify improvement opportunities, coordinate actions, standardize procedures, and optimize processes in productive operations. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of opportunities for waste reduction and bottlenecks 2. Interdepartmental coordination for timely actions 3. Process optimization and continuous improvement MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES \_ Identify opportunities for waste reduction, bottlenecks, and unproductive time. \_ Coordinate with different departments to obtain information for timely actions. \_ Collect information on processes carried out within the area to standardize procedures. \_ Review workflows for process optimization. \_ Support implementation of continuous improvement programs in assigned areas to sustain continuous improvement. \_ Manage and monitor the maintenance department regarding established controls, verifying their proper implementation and effectiveness. \_ Manage and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. REQUIREMENTS: \_ Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields. \_ Minimum 2 years of experience in productive operations processes within the Agro-industrial Sector.
