Position Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring safety and quality standards on construction sites, coordinating teams, managing schedules, and controlling technical documentation. Prepares technical reports and controls construction documentation **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. * Valid Class A1 driver's license and all required documents (minimum 1 year of validity). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of MS Project, Integrated Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety, and blueprint reading. * Full and immediate availability to work. * **Must reside in areas near Huaura, Végueta, or Supe (Mandatory)** **Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of construction project management. * Ensures compliance with safety and quality control standards during construction execution. * Conducts technical inspections before, during, and upon completion of each project. * Prepares technical reports including photographs, measurements, and observations. * Fully coordinates the construction team and subcontractors. * Manages schedules, production, and progress. * Maintains daily technical document control (quantities, labor productivity, material usage per item). * Manages personnel entry documentation to the construction site. * Prepares occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation on site. * Prepares documentation for handover of the project dossier. **Offered:** * Formal employment registration. * All statutory social benefits applicable to MYPE companies. * Biweekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and SVL insurance coverage. * Meals provided. * Other benefits.
