We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the position of **Architect**, whose main responsibility will be supporting project management control. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Experience in urban habilitation (Essential). \- Project monitoring, adaptation and preparation of drawings, controlling construction schedules and execution. \- Task, contract, and team follow-up. \- Plan material and supply purchases required for field activities. \- Document control of all current and new project documentation. \- Provide weekly progress reports for each project. \- Present statistical tables showing cost center variances. \- Verify on-site project progress according to ongoing work items. \- Preparation of drawings. REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed Architect with active professional registration. \- Experience in Urban Development Approval and Change of Use procedures. \- More than 4 years of experience in project management and development roles. \- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering. \- Advanced knowledge of Office, Jira, SPSS, Power BI, and MS Project. \- Availability to work at our San Borja office and/or travel to project sites as needed.
