Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect to support project management control in the real estate sector, with experience in urban development and construction monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking experienced professionals for the position of **Architect**, whose primary responsibility is to support project management control. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Experience in urban development (Mandatory). \- Project monitoring, adaptation and preparation of plans, schedule control and execution. \- Task, contract, and equipment monitoring. \- Planning procurement of materials and supplies for field activities. \- Document control for all current and new project documentation. \- Submit weekly progress reports for each project. \- Present statistical charts showing cost center variances. \- Verify on-site project progress according to executed work items. \- Preparation of plans. REQUIREMENTS: \- Licensed Architect with active professional registration. \- Experience in Urban Development and Change of Use. \- More than 4 years of experience in project management and development. \- Experience in 3D modeling and rendering. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, SPSS, Power BI, and MS Project. \- Availability to work at our San Borja office and/or travel to project sites as required.
