**Job Opportunity – Payroll Analyst** An important **industrial sector** company is looking for a Payroll Analyst, analytical profile with attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** * Fully process and manage payroll under the general regime, benefits, deductions, and contributions (ESSALUD, AFP, 5th category, etc.) * Prepare attendance records and overtime reports. * Prepare payroll provisions and social benefits, as well as generate related accounting entries. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll management * Proficiency in ERP systems * Intermediate-to-advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation, database cross-referencing) * Up-to-date knowledge of current labor and tax regulations **Working Conditions:** * 100% on-site work in Zárate SJL / Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm * S/2400 - 2500 soles - general regime * Immediate enrollment in payroll with all statutory benefits from day one * Positive work environment and culture focused on collaboration and development * Opportunities for professional growth within the Human Resources department * 50% EPS coverage * Profit sharing (gratifications) Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,400.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Application Questions: * How many years of experience do you have processing payroll? * Excel proficiency level: basic, intermediate, or advanced? * Current labor legislation knowledge level: basic, intermediate, or advanced?
