We are seeking a technical or university-level professional to manage sales, quotations, tenders, and logistics while maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.

**\*Requirements:**
* Graduates (technical or university) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months of sales experience (field and office).
* Proficiency in various social media platforms.
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels (suppliers and customers).
* Knowledge of import procedures (preferred).
* Availability to work in the San Borja district.
* Schedule: Part-time: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM

**\*Responsibilities:**
* Prepare quotations with suppliers and direct importers; negotiate distributor pricing.
* Conduct cost and purchasing condition comparisons to identify the optimal option.
* Assess feasibility of participating in public or private tenders by verifying compliance with all required criteria.
* Assemble and submit tender documentation and follow up until the process concludes.
* Maintain updated national quotation price lists, contact persons, and provincial clinic addresses, among other data.
* Keep the customer directory up to date, including follow-ups via information dissemination and product promotional materials.
* Identify potential public and private customers for the company’s products.
* Coordinate directly with clinics nationwide as directed by the immediate supervisor and/or user department.
* Manage post-sales activities for enterprise-customers.
* Prepare necessary purchase and sales documentation, issuing relevant documents (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, receipts, etc.).
* Perform bank reconciliation for company accounts.
* Coordinate logistics and arrange shipment of supplies or products to national customers via courier agencies.
* Receive and make phone calls to companies and individuals.
* Assist with requests from the immediate supervisor.
* Perform all other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
