You are invited to join Statkraft as the new **HSS Project Manager** for the **Lupi** project and be part of a greener future.**Job Description** -------------------------- * **Design and implement the HSS strategy** to ensure optimal management of construction projects, aligned with corporate objectives. * **Verify compliance** with national regulations, corporate guidelines, and global industry best practices in HSS. * **Provide technical advisory support** to project teams, promoting actions consistent with Statkraft’s corporate HSS values and policies. * **Supervise the HSS performance of contractors and subcontractors**, ensuring adherence to requirements established by Statkraft Peru. * **Coordinate and define asset protection measures** jointly with the Security team, safeguarding project-related assets against potential damage or loss. * **Ensure compliance with occupational health guidelines** across all construction projects. * **Guarantee the existence and effectiveness of emergency response plans** for each project. * **Carry out additional or special tasks** assigned by the HSS Deputy Manager (Country HSS Manager). **Requirements** -------------- **Education Level** * Completed university degree (graduated). * **Postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).** **Specialization** * Professionals from **related engineering disciplines**, such as: + OSH Engineering + Electrical Engineering + Industrial Engineering + Mechanical Engineering + Environmental Engineering + Civil Engineering + Other related engineering fields **Other Desired Knowledge** * Pre-commissioning and commissioning in projects. * HSS Management Systems. * Knowledge of the **national HSS regulatory framework** (OSH, construction, electrical sector, etc.). * Contractor control, monitoring, and administration. * Intermediate-level **office software proficiency**: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc. * Planning and coordination of special transportation. * Work permit systems. * Coordination of HSS-related monitoring activities and campaigns. * **Intermediate English** (spoken and written). **Experience** * **8 years of experience** in similar positions or project leadership roles. * Experience in **electrical, mining, or oil & gas sectors** is desirable. **Additional Information** ------------------------- * Health insurance, Life Insurance (Law), SCTR. * Time-off leave. * Bonuses. * Position contracted by GR Vale, owner of the Lupi solar project. * 14x7 work regime, Moquegua (Alt 45000 msnm) **Job Location** ------------------------ I am interested Privacy Policy
