Position Summary:
PIL Perú seeks a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor to lead field supervision of electrical and instrumentation projects, ensuring efficient execution and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead field supervision of Electrical and Instrumentation projects.
2. Prepare and review engineering documentation and project management documents.
3. Plan, direct, and monitor assigned personnel on projects.

Currently, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **Electrical Supervisor**, to join our team.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Minimum experience required in projects.
* Experience in , soft soils, and demanding operational conditions.
* Knowledge of (conduit systems, supports, cabling).
* Familiarity with technical standards relevant to the specialty (National Electrical Code).
**What will be your mission?**
Perform field supervision for the assigned Electrical and Instrumentation discipline, in accordance with the terms established by the site residency or the supervising department where activities are carried out.
**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Prepare project management documents (PMO).
* Review project progress and strategies with clients, as applicable to your role.
* Plan and direct personnel under your supervision; monitor their assigned responsibilities within the project you are overseeing.
* Prepare and/or review technical queries (TQs) and requests for information (RFIs).
* Prepare specifications, terms of reference, and scope definitions for subcontracting, related to your discipline or unit.
* Lead and organize status, progress, and construction scheduling meetings.
* Review engineering documents, according to the scope of your responsibilities.
* Review the project scope statement corresponding to your unit or discipline.
* Review the schedule of the project you are supervising.
* Review the quality plan of the project you are supervising.
* Review the project execution plan and the "S" curve.
* Prepare and/or review personnel histograms, project resource and service lists under your responsibility.
* Prepare and/or review project procedures, plans, work instructions, and records under your responsibility.
* Prepare and issue quality records and dossiers, work permits, and risk analyses.
* Prepare, review, and/or approve red-line and as-built drawings.
* Report project progress.
* Conduct project closeout and outstanding items list.
* Approve acceptance certificates for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
* Review the project communication matrix.
* Prepare resource requisitions via ERP (procurement, services), and approve material deliveries.
* Prepare and submit the list of expenses to be requested from petty cash.
* Verify and validate the execution and compliance of services or subcontracts (site visits, reports).
* Prepare and/or provide personnel information for field hours reporting.
* Other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor.
**ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:**
* Contract for a specific project
* Project location: Iquitos, Gran Bretaña, Lot 95
* Formal payroll from day one
* Travel allowance coverage (flights from Lima)
* 20x11 work schedule
Salary: S/.5,000.00 – S/.7,000.00 per month
