What will be your main challenge? Plan, organize and control the production activities of the assigned plant according to the annual plan, budget, quality standards and protocols, and health, safety and environmental care policies and procedures defined, to ensure the efficient achievement of production targets. What can you do in this role? Identify and implement improvements in the management of the production process, plant spaces, stock control, labor and materials to increase efficiency, effectiveness and reduce costs. Coordinate with support areas (Production, Human Resources, Quality, SSOMA, Maintenance, Operations, others) to ensure timely communication of their area's guidelines, procedures and policies to the assigned plant. Schedule manufacturing activities according to the Production Plan developed by Planning and Demand, in order to optimize delivery of finished products. Plan, organize and control compliance with the projected budget (Opex), in coordination with management. Follow up with Procurement and Logistics areas to ensure timely availability of inputs, materials and other resources. Bachelor's degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related fields. MBA or Master’s degree (desirable). Diploma or specialization in Operations Management or related fields. Intermediate-to-advanced level Excel skills. **Functional area experience:** 5 - 7 years. 3 years of experience as Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Manufacturing Manager in beverage packaging, mass consumption or related industries. Willingness to reside in Iquitos. **It will be a plus if you have knowledge in:** HACCP – GMPs – ISO 9001. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (continuous improvement, 5S, SMED).
