




Position Summary: Develop, implement, and manage internal and external communication plans for World Vision Peru's social projects in the Amazon region. Key Highlights: 1. Guided by our values, we operate in 100 countries with 42,000 staff members, creating environments that offer opportunities to the most vulnerable children—even in the most remote and inaccessible locations. **Primary Responsibility:** Develop, implement, and manage internal and external communication plans for World Vision Peru's social projects in the Amazon region. **Secondary Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute communication plans for projects implemented in the Amazon region * Execute scheduled activities within the allocated budget * Manage multi-purpose, multiplatform content targeting priority audiences for positioning and fundraising, with emphasis on audiovisual products * Build relationships with local media and communities to increase visibility of project activities, thereby supporting World Vision’s positioning at local, national, and international levels * Support the management of World Vision Peru’s social media channels **Requirements:** * Degree in Communications for Development or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in external communications within public, private, or NGO institutions * Experience designing communication plans for social projects * Experience producing high-impact content (videos, photographs) * Experience in graphic design * Knowledge of omnichannel communication planning * Knowledge of photography and video editing; knowledge of audiovisual material production and editing * Proficiency in design and layout software (Adobe Creative Suite) * Willingness to work in Iquitos – Loreto and conduct fieldwork (rural and urban areas) **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work * Statutory life insurance * Institutional benefits * Training opportunities * Pleasant working environment **Recruitment & Selection Disclaimer** 1\.
