Your primary role will be to provide support in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service to our customers. **Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment Strategy:** Execute *headhunting* activities and actively prospect commercial profiles through various job platforms and professional networks. * **Employer Brand Management:** Manage and publish corporate content on digital channels to strengthen the company’s positioning and attract qualified applicants. * **Telephone Pre\-screening Management:** Conduct initial contact and resume screening via outbound calls, evaluating candidates’ sociolaboral profiles according to company standards. * **Schedule Coordination:** Ensure adherence to the in\-person interview schedule by continuously following up and confirming appointments with scheduled applicants. * **Recruitment Funnel Analysis:** Report effectiveness metrics regarding applicant sources and success rates of digital recruitment campaigns. **Requirements:** * **Digital Competencies:** Proficiency in corporate\-level social media management tools and WhatsApp Business. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent diction, telephone persuasion ability, and high sense of responsibility. * **Residence:** Preferably in Trujillo **Skills:** * Ability to work with minimal supervision. * Good spelling and writing skills. * Friendly and efficient problem\-solving ability. **We Offer:** * Market\-competitive salary. * Pleasant work environment. * Learning opportunity.
