Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Finance/Accounting Assistant for a leading import/distribution company, focused on financial reporting, accounting analysis, and payment management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing FS reports and accounting notes 2. Management of account analysis and accounting provisions 3. Coordination of bank payments and telebanking management LOGISTICS ONE is a leading company in the import/distribution of mass-consumption household products. We are looking for a FINANCE/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position. * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of ERP systems. * Knowledge of accounting and administrative topics. * Good time management and ability to work under pressure. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of FS reports and accounting notes. * Knowledge of accounting and tax principles and standards. * Conducting account analysis. * Provisions, depreciation, and adjustments to accounting records. * Administration of fuel control processes, driver expense settlements, tolls, national executive travel expenses, and other related costs. * Scheduling payments across various banks. * Use of telebanking platforms. * Coordination with banking advisors regarding credit line renewals. * Submission of daily reports to management on budgets and expenses, supplier payments, payroll, and others. * Reviewing and monitoring bank deposits for purchases and cash receipts. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:** * Proactivity * Responsibility **BENEFITS:** * Continuous learning. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career development path.
