We are looking for a **licensed Civil Engineer** to join our team in **Arequipa**, responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects. The company undertakes **construction and civil engineering projects of varying scale**, thus requiring **availability to travel** as needed per project requirements. Requirements * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer (active registration preferred). * Experience in supervision and/or execution of civil works. * Knowledge of preparing and monitoring construction schedules. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. * Residence in Arequipa or willingness to work in the city. * Availability to travel to the company’s various project sites. * Leadership ability, organizational skills, and capacity for teamwork. Responsibilities * Supervise proper execution of on-site work. * Coordinate activities with technical and operational staff. * Monitor construction schedule progress and control work advancement. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and on-site safety requirements. * Coordinate with clients and management regarding work progress. * Control quantity take-offs, valuations, and material requisitions. * Report incidents and propose technical solutions during project execution. * Travel to the company’s various project sites as required by operational needs.
