We are currently seeking an Accountant. **Job Requirements:** Licensed and authorized Accountant (mandatory) Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles. Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and labor laws. Proficiency in accounting processes, tax obligations, invoicing, financial analysis, costs, and inventory management. Experience handling electronic accounting books, PDT, PLAME, and asset control. Knowledge of accounting audits and industrial cost accounting. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and intermediate-level ERP/Accounting Systems proficiency. Professional ethics, organizational skills, leadership, results orientation, and analytical ability. **Work Modality and Conditions:** Schedule: Full-time. Opportunities for professional growth and internal advancement. **Responsibilities:** Manage and coordinate all company accounting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and current tax regulations. Prepare and submit monthly and annual financial statements. Determine, prepare, and file monthly and annual taxes with SUNAT. Ensure accurate accounting of revenues, costs, expenses, assets, and liabilities. Lead and execute monthly and annual accounting closings within established deadlines. Manage fixed assets, provisions, investments, and depreciation. Supervise bank reconciliations and financial transactions. Manage and process payroll payments: payrolls, CTS, bonuses, severance settlements, among others. Supervise and coordinate the work of the Accounting Assistant and related departments, ensuring proper information flow. Provide accounting and tax support to all company departments.
