Permanent contract **Mechanical Supervisor – Concentrator Plant Maintenance** **Requirements:** * **Licensed, Registered, and Authorized Engineer** in mechanical, electrical engineering or related fields * Minimum certified 5 years’ experience as Supervisor in **mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities**, including pump systems, electrical rooms, and maintenance of vertical and horizontal pumps. * Proficiency in **SAP** (work order notification generation, OT closure) * Residence in Arequipa, Ilo or Moquegua. * Valid driver’s license held for over 4 years and mining site driving experience. * **Availability to work under an 8x8 schedule in Moquegua** * **Preferred** residence in **Arequipa**. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration in accordance with Peruvian labor law. * Positive work environment and professional development opportunity. * Permanent contract.
