Position Summary: Supports warehouse and logistics operations by managing inventory, procuring and delivering goods, and transporting personnel to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse and logistics operations by providing support across all necessary areas to ensure achievement of objectives and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Inventory Management \- Assist in controlling and tracking product and material inventories, including recording goods inflow and outflow in inventory management systems. \- Collaborate on organizing and optimizing storage space to ensure efficient inventory management. Procurement and Delivery of Goods \- Procure goods and supplies following instructions from supervisors: purchase location, brand, packaging, price, budget, time, and schedule of purchase. \- Handle money according to provisions stipulated in the RIT. \- Deliver goods to customers or sales points as per specified instructions and schedules. \- Verify accuracy of delivered products and obtain receipt signatures when required. \- Notify relevant departments of any delivery delays or issues. \- Assist in preparing shipping documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and transportation documents. Vehicle Operation and Maintenance \- Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards. \- Maintain safe and respectful behavior at all times, avoiding distractions and keeping full attention on the road. \- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections on assigned vehicles, including checks of fluids, tires, lights, and brakes. \- Report any vehicle problems or anomalies and coordinate with the maintenance department for repairs. \- Keep vehicles in optimal cleanliness condition both inside and outside. \- Perform regular vehicle cleaning to ensure presentability and freedom from dirt. \- Maintain accurate records of distance traveled, driving time, and deliveries made. Personnel Transportation \- Transport personnel as per specified instructions and schedules. \- Manage the personnel transportation route sheet according to each beneficiary employee’s work schedule. Customer Service \- Interact courteously and professionally with customers and recipients during goods delivery. \- Appropriately handle customer inquiries or complaints and report any issues to the supervisor. Other Responsibilities \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. \- Comply with company policies and protocols.
