Zamacola 217, Yanahuara.** Reference: Two blocks from the EsSalud Yanahuara Polyclinic, in front of the Mormon church **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Handling of hand tools (screwdrivers, hammer, wrenches, knowledge of basic parts) * Personal care and proper use of PPE. * Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety. * Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity and electronics, carpentry, plant care. **SOFT COMPETENCIES:** * Active listening * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Proactivity and autonomy * Organization and time management. * Meeting deadlines. * Ability to receive, understand, and follow instructions. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Order and cleanliness. * Ability to quickly and independently solve problems. **ACTIVITIES:** * Watering plants and basic care of indoor or outdoor green areas. * Assistance in purchases or picking up products, shipments, requirements, among others. * Light cleaning of assigned spaces (desks, common areas, etc.). * Assistance in moving and rearranging furniture and equipment. * Basic maintenance of desks, chairs, and other furniture items (tightening screws, lubrication, cleaning, etc.). * Support in simple repairs: bulb replacement, checking outlets, securing loose items, etc. * Promptly report any major damage or situation requiring specialized attention. * Occasional support to other departments or sites regarding simple operational tasks, according to maintenance and/or support needs. * Identify and prevent potential issues or failures in workspaces.
