The company 3MB TRANSPORTES from the PALMYRA GROUP, a leading transportation company, is looking for talent to fill the position of **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT** with experience in **TRANSPORTATION** REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate of Transportation Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the transportation sector, specifically in unit maintenance and operations. * Intermediate level of Excel. * Experience coordinating with drivers and customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate, schedule, and monitor transportation units according to their routes at the national level. * Continuously track drivers on route. * Periodically perform checklists on units. * Schedule unit maintenance. * Coordinate with mechanics regarding unit status, obtain spare parts quotations, and maintenance estimates. * Manage delivery of PPE to drivers. * Schedule spare parts purchases and/or service payments. * Schedule daily unit loads, maintaining constant communication with the client for loading and unloading. * Supervise and manage settlement expenses (per diems, tolls, parking). * Monitor and manage driver timekeeping. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
