Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect to execute building projects according to drawings, budget, and schedule, ensuring quality and safety. Experience in educational and healthcare facility construction **Requirements:** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect * Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (Mandatory) * Proven experience as a Construction Resident in the execution and/or supervision of educational buildings, health centers, polyclinics, clinics, universities, and other institutional facilities * Knowledge of Lean Construction and the Last Planner System (LPS) * Proficiency in AutoCAD, S10, and MS Project Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Executing the project in accordance with approved drawings and specifications * Executing the project within the established budget * Adhering to the construction schedule and key milestones * Ensuring the project is executed in compliance with quality and safety standards * Compiling physical and digital documentation for the Quality Dossier Employment Type: Contract-based Salary: S/.5,500.00 - S/.6,500.00 per month Relocation/Moving Ability: * Arequipa, Arequipa: Able to relocate to the worksite without difficulty or plan to move before starting work (Mandatory) Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Desirable) Experience: * More than 8 years (Mandatory) Willingness to Travel: * 100% (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
