Position Summary: IGH Group is seeking an HSE Facilitator with experience in the mining sector to deliver dynamic, high-impact training courses in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Participation in high-level mining projects **IGH Group**, a company dedicated to talent acquisition and management, is seeking an **HSE Facilitator \- Arequipa Office**, a professional committed to excellence in teaching, with solid experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), capable of delivering dynamic and impactful learning experiences for internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors in the mining sector. **Work Modality** * Modality: In-person. * Office Location: Arequipa. * Work Schedule: 5x2. * Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) training courses targeting personnel from contractor and subcontractor companies. * Develop in-person training sessions using participatory methodologies, gamification, and experiential learning. * Conduct General Induction Training (Annex 4\), HSE courses, critical risk training, and other programs included in the training plan. * Administer knowledge assessments and learning measurement tools. * Manage attendance lists, records, and training evidence. * Promote participant engagement and commitment during training sessions. * Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback to the coordination team regarding course optimization. * Participate in the continuous updating of training content, instructional materials, and presentations. * Prepare reports and documentation related to delivered training activities. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all training activities. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree holder and registered with the corresponding professional association in one of the following fields: * Mining Engineering. * Industrial Engineering. * Safety Engineering. * Environmental Engineering. * Geological Engineering. * Metallurgical Engineering. * Or related disciplines. **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE facilitator, trainer, instructor, or consultant. * Proven experience delivering training within the mining, industrial, or related sectors. * Experience facilitating in-person training for operational and supervisory personnel. * Preferable experience in large-scale mining operations. **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation, applicable insurance, etc.). * Opportunity to participate in high-level mining projects. * Professional development.
