A leading agro-industrial sector company is currently seeking a professional to assume the position of **Asset Security Coordinator**, who will be responsible for ensuring the protection of the organization's assets, operational continuity, and compliance with established security standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise physical security of facilities, access control, and asset protection. * Coordinate and supervise in-house security personnel and contracted security companies. * Investigate asset-related incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Implement and strengthen security measures in coordination with various organizational departments. * Supervise proper operation of video surveillance systems (CCTV) and other control tools. * Prepare reports, management indicators, and risk analyses. * Ensure compliance with controls and procedures established in the IPER\-C. * Promote a culture of prevention and security within the organization. Requirements * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Military Sciences, Armed Forces, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Assistant, Supervisor, or Asset Security Coordinator roles. * Knowledge and experience in monitoring and configuring CCTV systems. * Experience in risk management, asset control, and incident investigation. * Valid firearm use and carry license. * Valid driver's license category A\-I. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
