You will be responsible for delivering warm and efficient service to our guests, guaranteeing an excellent experience during their stay. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in front desk or customer service (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel and reservation systems. * Basic English (preferred). * Availability for afternoon shifts (including weekends). **Responsibilities:** * Check-in and check-out. * Reservation management and handling guest inquiries. * Cash handling and billing. * Coordination with housekeeping and providing tourist information support.
